SWIM PASS POLICY Swim passes are available to Admiral’s Cove members or non-resident seasonal pass holders in good standing [all membership dues and/or fees are current.]. These members and pass holders and their immediate families are eligible for swim passes i.e. mother, father, children or grandparent or grandchild. Admiral’s Cove Property Owners dues must be paid in full . Residents with Delinquent Dues must contact Treasurer Carol P. [360.510.1462] to bring their account current before a Pool Pass or Daily Swim of any kind will be issued. Processing the delinquent payment may take up to a week. Non-resident Individual or Family Seasonal Fee $150.00/ year Plus Swim Pass Fees below. ACBC Renter Pays Swim Pass Fees below if the homeowner is a paid in full Admiral’s Cove member; otherwise renter pays the Non-Resident Seasonal Fee and Swim Pass Fees below.
